Life is Hard. Wear a Helmet

Virginia State Constitution: Article 1; Section 13
That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.

Georgia on my Mind

Not much nice I can say about Georgia so far. I'm going to be spending a lot of time here over the next year. I suppose there are a lot worse places I could work.

Today I enter the "Mordor" of my region. Which also happens to be one of the sites I just took over responsibility for.
How awesome is that?

Alabama starts on Thursday. Really looking forward to seeing my new home.

P.S. - I'll be at Borepatch's Blog Meet Sunday if anyone's in town.

The Ambulance Driver has a special request up.

Go check it out, and help out a friend of a friend.
It won't cost you a thing, and you can knock out your good deed for the day.
Only takes about three minutes.
