Sunday morning sleep-in #37
What a thing to wake up to Sunday morning.
The MSM is all over the "It was a marine with PTSD" angle coming right out of the gate. Terrific.
I know he was a great soldier and prolific sniper and all that, but the thing I'll always remember him for was busting Jesse Ventura in the chops for being a douchebag.
You know, the military community being what it is, the first I heard of it was from a guy out on the flightline at Langley.

The first I've heard of the Ventura thing, but have a big smile on my face now. The Douche. And very sad that Chris died trying to help a fellow vet. Damn! Just Damn!
Hillbilly - Ventura was a Seal once upon a time, but he's gotten strange in his old age. Maybe it was the roids?
Old NFO - Holy Crap it was big news around Norfolk. The whole town was whispering about it.
Coffey - It's best to remember him for the good stuff he's done. Helping his fellow vets, and decking douchebags. A true hero.
